EROF: Use Reflexology For Insomnia or Any Pain

Today I thought I would post some different stuff on my blog. Every have a sleepless night? Well reflexology can help. I've taken a serious interest in this study. As you can see above, the areas of the feet correspond to different parts of the body. Therefore, simply by applying pressure correctly to the right area of the foot, a foot reflexologist with the right training can manipulate and heal the entire body. This is without painful techniques such as visiting a chiropractor or getting needles stuck in you from an acupuncturist. Nor does it involve oils.

A few examples include:

•Menstrual cramps – concentration top of the foot, ankle, and inner heel

•For upper body pain and tension, such as in the shoulders and back – inside edge of foot

•Digestive problems – center arch of foot

Even dramatic improvement in weight loss has been seen by those who have started regular reflexology treatments. With over 26 bones, 56 ligaments, 38 muscles, and 7000 nevers, good foot reflexology can translate into a much healthier and happier body.

As you can see, foot reflexology can be used to cure almost any minor aches and pains in your body. Although the methods and How-Tos are well documented, some hard liners stay away from foot reflexology simply due to lack of any real organization or regulatory systems.
